Secara ringkas, level pengguna Sistem Informasi Perencanaan terbagi menjadi berikut:

## Operator Perencanaan Unit

Level ini merupakan level operator yang ada di unit kerja, bertugas untuk memasukkan data rencana kegiatan pada saat penyusunan anggaran awal dan proses revisi anggaran. Proses input disesuaikan dengan usulan masing - masing unit kerja

## Admin Perencanaan Pusat

Admin perencanaan pusat memiliki tugas lebih kompleks yaitu : 

1. Membuat Data Referensi Umum
2. Membuat Data Referensi Perencanaan 
3. Membuka dan Menutup Periode Revisi Anggaran
4. Melakukan Generate Data.
